GMA is proud to celebrate the completion of RJP Electric’s 57,300-square-foot warehouse and corporate headquarters renovation in Affton, Missouri, just outside St. Louis. Working alongside ARCO Construction, GMA provided interior design services to help create a space that supports both the company’s operations and its people.
The tenant improvement transformed an existing concrete masonry building into a combined office and warehouse. The facility includes 37,700 square feet of warehouse space and 19,600 square feet of office space, bringing RJP Electric’s team and operations together under one roof. The warehouse features a 24-foot clear height, two drive-in doors, and an NFPA 13 fire protection system.
The office offers more than a place to get the job done. A fitness center, bar, and indoor putting green give employees room to recharge and connect throughout the day. GMA worked with RJP Electric on office layouts and finish selections, helping shape a workplace that balances everyday functionality with spaces the team can enjoy.
