This 97,500-square-foot cold storage expansion, renovation, and conversion was completed in three phases while maintaining 24-hour tenant operations, requiring precise coordination and phasing. The project includes a 53,300-square-foot dry storage expansion, conversion of 28,000 square feet to a 35°F cooler and 12,000 square feet to a -10°F freezer, along with a new cold dock, mezzanine office, and ammonia refrigeration system to support enhanced temperature-controlled operations.
